Workshop Description

The Talking Stick, used in Native American traditions, allows those that are present the sacred experience of deep listening.  As in the ancient circles of elders, a Talking Stick carries the energy of the group with power, truth and heart.

Come with your curiosity; and join us for stories, exploration, and wonder.  We will make a group stick that will forever change your life.

The Sound Bath uses music, sound and vibration to allow participants to enter a state of deep meditation and relaxation.  This state accelerates healing and supports wellness.  Sound is vibration; and it is “heard” not only with the ears, but throughout the body, in every cell.  It permeates our entire being, connecting us to the rhythms and harmonics of the universe.

In the shamanic tradition, experience a whole-body type of listening; join us for a timeless, weightless, expansive sound experience.

Investment for the workshop is $175 per person and includes a meal and the Sound Bath.

Space is limited, so reserve your space soon if it speaks to you.

For sign-up or more information/questions call 919-847-1495.

What to Wear, What to Bring

 Wear comfortable clothing.

For the Talking Stick bring a small item that you don’t need back but has deep meaning for you.

For the Sound Bath bring a yoga mat to lie on and anything else you need to be comfortable—pillows, blankets, eye covers, etc.
